Love is in the Air - SIBH

SIBH= Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop
Yep it's that time again, our Feb. Blog Hop with what else but a Love theme!  I have two really different types of cards to show you.
  The first card I made I decided to use some of my water coloring  Art Impressions stamps.  I have been using them more lately and thought I'd try an intertwined heart  because what is love if it's not shared.  I  added the letters for Love that I triple cut and stacked up.  You can't tell but I did cover the top piece of black with some frost white shimmer paint/water mix.  This is really a nice touch as it makes your card stock kinda pearly looking. (Just put a drop or two on your work surface and add a drop of water, use a blending brush and rub onto the stock of your choice . It doesn't take long to dry and really adds a nice shiny touch.) The black border also has the same shimmer paint.  I then used the Dainty Diamonds Embossing Folder to give it all some texture adding the letters after all was put together.  I'm not sure what I'll use this card for, maybe an anniversary card.  (I already had hubbies valentine made)

The second set of cards I made are Valentines for my sisters.  We live in different states and I miss not seeing them very often.  I had some extra time and decided to do something with one of my Karen Burniston dies - Bitty Ball Pop Up.  I started with Stampin' Up Magenta Madness In Color card stock.  Then to tone it down a bit I added some of the FREE Oh So Ombre DSP from the Sale A Bration catalog.  Decorated with hearts around the ball and then a heart on the top letting them know they are loved. The ball is held in place with a brad and will twirl.  After taking the pictures I decided to add their names below the ball. I cut their names out of the same DSP using the Playful Alphabet (I have been using this more and more and really like the size of the letters!!)  Oh my that done now how do I decorate the front of the card.  My Hello Birthday Chick and Hello Chick were laying on my desk so I decided to use them and make them kinda crazy colored - (well we were known as the dingy daughters and NO we never had colored hair!)  I embossed the card base with an old Stampin' Up embossing folder full of falling hearts.   I made a belly band and added the chickens and my Happy Valentines Day sentiment.  I did alter the chick with the balloon - the balloon came from a stampin up set I've had for years - Birthday Balloons (it has 3 different balloons and a Happy Birthday sentiment and was a small wooden set)

Well what do you think?  Two absolutely different types of cards, which do you like the best?  I'm one of those people who like to do different types of cards and do enjoy sending something that is a bit different and has a WOW factor.  On the other hand I have been REALLY been enjoying making cards with the Art Impressions stamps and letting the scene do the "talking",  so the cards are a bit simpler in nature.
Now onto Tricia Butts  blog I'm sure she has a wonderful project for all of us to see. (Just click on her  name above and it will take you to her blog) We have another big hop for you and everyone has a card/project to show you, maybe you'll get some inspiration from something you see.  The list is below if you get lost just click on the name and it will take you to that persons blog.   Thanks for stopping and I do hope you'll continue on checking out all the others.  If by chance you have a moment I sure wouldn't mind a comment letting me know what you thought of my cards.  What kind of stamper are you - clean and simple more like my first card or do you like a WOW card like my second set of cards.  Sometimes we're both I know I am :0)

  10. You might have made an error in the procedure and need to redo the test with a new kit.Note: Once opened and used, these kits cannot be reused. Kits that are left exposed for just 3 – 4 minutes are useless and might be the reason no lines appeared.In the human body, cannabinoids break down into numerous specific metabolites that are then flushed out through urine, stool, saliva, phlegm, fallen hair, and sweat. As you might notice, there are multiple ways to detect the presence of these metabolites in the body.This means your preparedness has to differ depending on the method of detection, aka drug tests.Some tests are quick, while some are more accurate, and some are good at detecting recent substance consumption, while others detect it over a longer duration.Listed below are the four types of drug tests:This is the most common method of testing consumers for drugs. It can detect the presence of drugs in the human body for about a week or so for a new user and up to 30–45 days for habitual consumers. It is easy on the wallet but takes a longer time to be conducted.Blood tests are not randomly conducted. These apply only to specialized or sanctioned drug tests. If you’re taking prescription drugs, prescribed by a doctor, let the administrator know ahead of the drug test. These medications can lead to a false-positive hair follicle drug test. For all other scenarios, try out the cleansing and detox products listed above. They can be a lifesaver if you need to pass a hair follicle drug test.
