TSOT 455 Lighthouse

The last few weeks I’ve been in the mood to watercolor. It might have something to do with me reorganizing my Art Impression stamps 😁. So here is another one for you since our theme was nautical I thought a light house with its beam going out would work for the theme and the sketch, what do you think?  Thanks for stopping in have a wonderful day!  (More below)

Optional Theme: Nautical
Had another lighthouse stamped so I made a second card - a night time card.  Which one do you like the best? I sorta followed the sketch don’t you think?

TSOT 454 April 20

One of my favorite styles a Stamping is water coloring. I probably don’t post as many of those here as I make. I probably should post more of them on other days of the week, but that takes time and my time is limited these days with my mother-in-law in the house and I’m caring for.  Looks like I need to take my focal image off and straighten it up. Not sure I’m gonna be able to handle it looking like that unless it’s just the angle that I took the picture from. Have fun with this the possibilities are endless do something that you enjoy. And don’t forget to comment every once in a while we would all love to hear what you think of our Creations.

For this challenge show us your favorites...could be color, stamp, die, technique. The possibilities are endless and we want to see and hear about your favorite things. This challenge is also a throw back challenge. This week we are throwing it back to Challenge #65.

Watercoloring is relaxing!

Made this birthday card for a wonderful friend. I enjoy water coloring from time to time and use my art impressions stamps to achieve this lovely look. There are lots of tutorials on YouTube showing how to do this, I watch them and then create something.

TSOT453 Flower time!!

Do you like to plant flowers?  I like to hang pots on my porch but finding flowers that don’t need sun limits my choice.  I have always liked yellows, oranges, reds and often plant begonias in those colors. My mother in law likes pink and red geraniums-they take sun. I may try to mix up my colors more this year and maybe I can find something for us both that will do well on my shady porch. We received a pot of purple pansies from a friend to cheer us up during this trying time!!  so we’re enjoying them right now. Have fun with this one! Stay safe and get some fresh air maybe plant some flowers.  :0)

I tried to follow the sketch and the theme- lush

# 452 - Splish Splash it's time for TSOT

No flower power theme in this card. When I saw this sketch I immediately thought of my walruses!!! Here they are all having fun in the water 😊.  I made this card extra long to fit in a 4 1/8 x 9 1/2”  blue envelope that I have.
I’ve used a lot of different things on this card some of its current in the stampin’ up catalog and some of it’s retired, and some of it’s not stampin’ up. If you’re interested you can leave me a message below and I will get back with you on what I’ve used. Have a great day, don’t let this crazy world right now get you down,  get in your craft room make a card and send it to someone. It might brighten up their day!! And yours too😁!

Optional Theme: Flower Power
