TSOT challenge 445 Double Trouble Team Up

Yee Ha!!!  I made it into my craft room today.  (Both my "patients" were napping)
Wanted to do something with this new Sale-A-Bration set that I received FREE (The Gangs all Meer) and so this is what I came up with.  Freebies are always nice - would you like to know about this? just contact me below in comments and I'll be glad to share with you.

Teaming up with Double Trouble and they wanted a tall card.  this is a 7x4.25 card so it's taller than the normal ones I usually make.  I stacked up the "meers" guess I could have gone higher with them but decided to make this a general card with  the word smile so I can use later for birthday, encouragement....whatever I need.

Thanks for stopping by and I do hope you'll check out all the other designers.  It always amazes me how different all the cards end up looking.

The Joy Of Sets February Blog Hop - LOVE is in the Air

We can never give away to much love!   I made this card a little while ago for our Anniversary to give to my husband. I love our busy farm life so different than how I was raised in the city.  I have loved this man for the last 33 years!   I love our 4 Sons, 2 daughter-in-laws and 4 grandchildren.   The family I married into is terrific.  I grew up in a family of love....... I do believe that it fits the bill for the theme at least in my life.......

The only reason I didn't get a new card made just for this hop is because life has gotten full.  I have taken in (Feb 26th) my mother-in-law (stroke 3 years ago, right side paralyzed unable to communicate legibly)  and sister-in-law (cancer stage 4, just out of Hospice hospital on oxygen getting weaker) I love them both and couldn't bear for them to be in a nursing home.  We are doing this with much help from others in the family and some friends.  Ok sorry about all that, it’s not why you came by is it?

I used an old Sell-a-bration set from last year.  Sometimes when the new comes out we forget all about the old.  I'm not one to just discard a set because it isn't current so if you like this I can tell you it's not available  from Stampin' Up anymore but they do have many new sets and supplies. . I haven't been able to figure out how to post a video so I took still pictures of this "flip card"  or it could also be called a waterfall card.

Be sure to check out all the others that are involved in our Hop - such fun and talented designers!  If you can please leave a comment, we all love to read what people think of what we've created.  Here's the line up if you'd like to use it to go to each creators blog just click on their name.  - Gez Carpenter  is next after me if you click her name above the next button(couldn't remember how to attach the name and button!??) you can get to her and then  each blog should have a next botton to get you through. 😍
