Presidents' Day

Another you make me HAPPY card with left over supplies from the MOJO monday card last week.  I rounded the top of the banner and then wasn't sure I liked it.  I hadn't used the Arrows embossing folder yet and I think I really like it, I'll have to pull it out more often!!!
