Oh hello, I'm so happy to be hopping again this month! Thank you for stopping by, I hope you like my project. I decided that our theme was such a good one since Mother's Day is tomorrow, Sunday May 9th, don't most mothers get flowers for Mother's Day, I know I usually do. My mother has been gone since 2001 and I miss her terribly, wish I could see her smile and experience a hug, there is nothing like a mother's hug, right? I decided to play with a Karen Burniston die called Woven Basket Box Card. I paired it with some dies from her Flower Pot Pop-Up and Stampin' Up dies and punches to make the flowers. I have two daughters-in-law and thought I'd send them each a "pot" since they are the mothers of my wonderful 6 Grandchildren. Then since I'm the care giver for my 97 year old mother-in-law I made her a pot. These pots are wonderful because they will never wilt, they won't make my girl with allergies sneeze, and require no care, you can ...Leave them sit all week, month, year and they will still look good :0) (well they might need a little dusting.....tee hee)
I'm sure that everyone in the 'Hop" will have something to inspire you, we hope what we've created will encourage you to stamp and create something lovely, at least that's what I hope. It's fun to see what everyone has made but what I really want to do is to inspire you to do something with what you have or maybe to get involved in this wonderful stamping/creating hobby that brings me such joy!
Next up on the list - we have 33 participants!!!! is Jill Chapman. Don't think you have to hop all at one sitting, there is a list of everyone at the end of the blog and if you remember who you looked at last you can just click on their name below and the next button will take you back into the list of hoppers.
Thank you once again for stopping in, please if you have a minute let me know if you like my project, and if you have any questions just leave it in the comments below and I'll try to answer.
Have a lovely day and if your a mother, a to be mother, a godmother, or even an "animal" mother....
- Happy Mother's Day from me to YOU.
