this is the card I made for the challenge. I turned it then stamped the Poppies in Calypso on a piece of the new in color Crisp Cantaloupe. added a piece of Pool party that had been embossed with the Lattice folder onto a naturals white strip. I made the flower out of milk filters that my son uses to strain his goat milk(yes it was washed) I dyed it then punched with the Decorative Label, cut the pieces in half, layered them, held together with a brad then formed the petals. Decided there wasn't room for the sentiment I wanted on the white so I used the new hostess set I got free Banner Greetings stamped in Cantaloupe, layered on Calypso and hung from the flower with Calypso bakers twine. Hope that's not as clear as mud. thanks for stoping to look.
Welcome to my little corner on the web. I want to share with you projects I make and at times share how easy it is to copy! Yes you are to copy any and all you see here, some you'll like and some you may not care for but I hope that won't send you away for good. Let's have a GREAT time stamping and creating.

This card is so pretty! Calypso Coral is a colour that I don't often use - but you've made it shine with this card! Your flower is stunning and I love your background stamping of the poppies! Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week!
ReplyDeleteOh, this is so pretty! And I love that you incorporated a little recycling by using the milk filters to make your flowers! Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches!
