I have a few times, there’s a YouTube channel called Artful Stamping with Ruth that I enjoy watching from time to time. She is a master at homemade backgrounds, she had an artistic eye for putting together many different types of backgrounds, you should check it out. </p><p>This was made with the brayer, Soft Sea Foam, Lemon Lolly, and Pool Party inks, and the Easter Lilly stamp set from the mini catalog all Stampin Up products. I watched her make one then pulled out my supplies and made my own, I thought it turned out really nice. I need to do this more often. These 4 cards were made with that background😊. I was playing around with the Easter set and die, trying to be different, what do you think? </p><p>I should have taken a picture of the 8.5x11 piece I made before cutting it up. Maybe you’ll be able to see it. </p><p><br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnAgwbANa9QzP2mFsZRXqeTy9tLwalVhWJhhefFCZhAFkSlqEI61ODVAUl5Q7M_ddUVhNVS5RMo_DS_t6L5snFJTzbuUx0qKECxSCIPIZXCoHQUxMlB4QzUm9-iWHMPKb7UzU7PrFcjLFMP18zrr8qZEXpEywt1BIRTxMo6cm5g0dEsDm5ysD6K77uOEM/s4032/BD932A9E-CAFD-4817-9AD1-1F28E4124C80.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="4032" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnAgwbANa9QzP2mFsZRXqeTy9tLwalVhWJhhefFCZhAFkSlqEI61ODVAUl5Q7M_ddUVhNVS5RMo_DS_t6L5snFJTzbuUx0qKECxSCIPIZXCoHQUxMlB4QzUm9-iWHMPKb7UzU7PrFcjLFMP18zrr8qZEXpEywt1BIRTxMo6cm5g0dEsDm5ysD6K77uOEM/s320/BD932A9E-CAFD-4817-9AD1-1F28E4124C80.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhp6pdqkrImj9NAdlko2OaXvzWTWNCQBuQk4zHcSWBRFr09FX1T8tbPEZPMG3k6hrjQYdb_92rEUipkPYoo5padVM9MrVYZ9Kg4Y2Vr6imy3ycrf28ukzD-ZHOlyWC-J_I68i1gP1wFT7tF4VKFwmRBnHajsR9wwr3EZ_UsLcEiNcv3aycOjzB3P6yALpU/s4032/AC17BBAA-847E-437F-AD9E-36F7E05E3B8F.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="4032" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhp6pdqkrImj9NAdlko2OaXvzWTWNCQBuQk4zHcSWBRFr09FX1T8tbPEZPMG3k6hrjQYdb_92rEUipkPYoo5padVM9MrVYZ9Kg4Y2Vr6imy3ycrf28ukzD-ZHOlyWC-J_I68i1gP1wFT7tF4VKFwmRBnHajsR9wwr3EZ_UsLcEiNcv3aycOjzB3P6yALpU/s320/AC17BBAA-847E-437F-AD9E-36F7E05E3B8F.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKhTxasREjKN4RZaqal6W1cGalraVqd5sxVGOM0R2RcMiyEq5tYav90Lf_lBkCVM4GT4lAKoZ6yAlIlDd_FLX1Znn6TYG2LHf3mjJ2MwoKrCQRI_u_k-fGZUQL4O1RLAM_bmSgv0t4pa0nH0sHKXVy6fpH3r8q1XUxR0Dgg69aM_Lf8ZK9SHrsU9xCX1Y/s4032/53ABB305-0D4C-4E79-AF79-D92BD65E7208.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="4032" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKhTxasREjKN4RZaqal6W1cGalraVqd5sxVGOM0R2RcMiyEq5tYav90Lf_lBkCVM4GT4lAKoZ6yAlIlDd_FLX1Znn6TYG2LHf3mjJ2MwoKrCQRI_u_k-fGZUQL4O1RLAM_bmSgv0t4pa0nH0sHKXVy6fpH3r8q1XUxR0Dgg69aM_Lf8ZK9SHrsU9xCX1Y/s320/53ABB305-0D4C-4E79-AF79-D92BD65E7208.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4WgUjKTLhTakYyJZFbutmYJ9ecN005jfBfKRlNnybj3w4WQo5_3TlMTiJ15Xf7Oda1L7E5gyg2ujI4WGaGjTTGW8P0exZAuGTtVR0sdKh7DZnvQip8ijsTcLmZIDf3rgX7NdnB2H-DdVrzU-LBTS32wzHIfoRELYsZyztTT4hjIkHxBBNeZrpGprMHZg/s3878/7C2EF98F-939F-404A-A659-979CB50728F7.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2870" data-original-width="3878" height="237" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4WgUjKTLhTakYyJZFbutmYJ9ecN005jfBfKRlNnybj3w4WQo5_3TlMTiJ15Xf7Oda1L7E5gyg2ujI4WGaGjTTGW8P0exZAuGTtVR0sdKh7DZnvQip8ijsTcLmZIDf3rgX7NdnB2H-DdVrzU-LBTS32wzHIfoRELYsZyztTT4hjIkHxBBNeZrpGprMHZg/s320/7C2EF98F-939F-404A-A659-979CB50728F7.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><p></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-22068558199070404762024-02-20T06:32:00.001-05:002024-02-20T06:32:34.206-05:00Watercoloring Altenew designs<p> I have been somewhat working on sorting and labeling my non Stampin Up stamps. I have a small container that holds my Altenew and Pinkfresh stamps and stencils. In the process I came across these beautiful florals that I hadn’t used in a long time. I believe these are from the stamp set called Pen Sketched. I have spooked at many cards made with the flowers embossed with gold and wanted to try that. I was also playing around with a Jennifer McGuire technique for faux letterpress and foils. I made a few card front panels. I don’t own any kind of a foiling machine and she showed this as a substitute. </p><p>I inked up the cutting side of my dies with versa fine pad </p><p>ran them through the bigshot so they did not cut just left the impression in the card stock (different sandwich than when cutting)</p><p>Added gold embossing powder and the heat set it. </p><p>I’m not sure you can see it real well in the pictures but it is like a Letter pressed look. The embossing doesn’t set on top of the card stock it is “sunk” pressed into it. </p><div><br /></div><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh67pC255-lcX_J7LNcQurW__-1NKGo7GamHllW38X-5hNo9PnQKCK9CFWDqz-1BAdlDgHgvmZ7ipz42pJQI55eCowo6-FshJqCK-Bqf5jO98Da21gSSH4nnKb7vON-f473AeJAYm1cMbfLiyE1Jx1Blc_yOn906x9WMMrlmJdNVh3Cp613ApruTNlYHLs/s4032/531EC735-F82D-4F20-A717-F72F90C70104.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh67pC255-lcX_J7LNcQurW__-1NKGo7GamHllW38X-5hNo9PnQKCK9CFWDqz-1BAdlDgHgvmZ7ipz42pJQI55eCowo6-FshJqCK-Bqf5jO98Da21gSSH4nnKb7vON-f473AeJAYm1cMbfLiyE1Jx1Blc_yOn906x9WMMrlmJdNVh3Cp613ApruTNlYHLs/s320/531EC735-F82D-4F20-A717-F72F90C70104.jpeg" width="240" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOfcycFFKfeu1GNsKJlucq4SswFJpIAG9rbA0GsuBRev4-P8YoIJs2LDLSnIkmFabwuY4xyBw_F3sWAs1WnAHQW4IUjtbbjHfRXVJED6NopVyWn9x6roFaAqPOvOpKd5sk24G5qc9FQz0A9aTPc8lup7f_2dFusa6w8PDlCABTySHSTbYokfZYN6YnyMY/s4032/D8EC4561-1EC7-416D-86E5-93F4BDBDB26A.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOfcycFFKfeu1GNsKJlucq4SswFJpIAG9rbA0GsuBRev4-P8YoIJs2LDLSnIkmFabwuY4xyBw_F3sWAs1WnAHQW4IUjtbbjHfRXVJED6NopVyWn9x6roFaAqPOvOpKd5sk24G5qc9FQz0A9aTPc8lup7f_2dFusa6w8PDlCABTySHSTbYokfZYN6YnyMY/s320/D8EC4561-1EC7-416D-86E5-93F4BDBDB26A.jpeg" width="240" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhkrSomX3cs4xGvchgpEeVetCjK0XtmGV-w-vVDNzxM_sj1jP3GYpuQ_EtLdxhyphenhyphenbPPgOorlE2Wbe6vuNqeJjqkDzniYi0M0snvWySv-Fv9mPc_-IEM-P-8kh_K_ewn7beXCW9SjNBQKMqY_64g2t1mhYzOdooxOiF4A4L57sGCkarZ7AH9SbfxUSYw3a9k/s4032/4EF2D0FE-DDBC-4DFA-A08D-91371430E44B.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhkrSomX3cs4xGvchgpEeVetCjK0XtmGV-w-vVDNzxM_sj1jP3GYpuQ_EtLdxhyphenhyphenbPPgOorlE2Wbe6vuNqeJjqkDzniYi0M0snvWySv-Fv9mPc_-IEM-P-8kh_K_ewn7beXCW9SjNBQKMqY_64g2t1mhYzOdooxOiF4A4L57sGCkarZ7AH9SbfxUSYw3a9k/s320/4EF2D0FE-DDBC-4DFA-A08D-91371430E44B.jpeg" width="240" /></a></div><br /><br /><p></p><p><br /></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-78548478882332513252024-02-08T21:56:00.000-05:002024-02-08T21:56:18.856-05:00Valentine quick card <p> Valentine’s Day is right around the corner- are you ready???</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzV_V5z_fsUoADDE8KfIdu52jZoWnFvw8SGkSkCcYSyUCP01CKBvI3p5QOBozEMf2jyg_pY4HsKgHcxb8aOu0V8MLvJK_cUEqj12GRiTq87rqYUp9rXGuyzDLtsJCRyEcbOWoRtXrDv7nVjSX4h54y5xqK0_HbusP9SBkvG7zMklVPvr59WwSrdpaBtyo/s3550/12DDAF38-EEE6-48D9-BD8C-2009EAA81EAE.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3550" data-original-width="2869" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzV_V5z_fsUoADDE8KfIdu52jZoWnFvw8SGkSkCcYSyUCP01CKBvI3p5QOBozEMf2jyg_pY4HsKgHcxb8aOu0V8MLvJK_cUEqj12GRiTq87rqYUp9rXGuyzDLtsJCRyEcbOWoRtXrDv7nVjSX4h54y5xqK0_HbusP9SBkvG7zMklVPvr59WwSrdpaBtyo/s320/12DDAF38-EEE6-48D9-BD8C-2009EAA81EAE.jpeg" width="259" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhB7YElMlWjV4EQCIStohWuAKdP6-uZjXBPwmQbUdnm3VZWnS0VagNuQ_U3ARgE-DxVjqMqzSGC6vBGcqXDLsC-en2d3z4G51rRtdq5pr9RIucKrIH6EpgP0G-5Stgi1f87T01tpsyiWsjUuP90xlerWr2ywYiLuamwf7qPah_OaIxguGC7crHzLVamvs/s3720/F21345A6-B959-4370-AFCA-E12EC99AA89A.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2634" data-original-width="3720" height="227" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhB7YElMlWjV4EQCIStohWuAKdP6-uZjXBPwmQbUdnm3VZWnS0VagNuQ_U3ARgE-DxVjqMqzSGC6vBGcqXDLsC-en2d3z4G51rRtdq5pr9RIucKrIH6EpgP0G-5Stgi1f87T01tpsyiWsjUuP90xlerWr2ywYiLuamwf7qPah_OaIxguGC7crHzLVamvs/s320/F21345A6-B959-4370-AFCA-E12EC99AA89A.jpeg" width="320" /></a><p></p><p>Here you go and it even shows two sides of your designer series paper. 1. Cut your base piece of card stock at 5.5 x 8.5 2. Now cut your 8.5 side down to 6 inches (optional save what you cut off for embossing front left edge decorative piece). 3. Cut your Designer Series Paper (DSP) I did the piece at 6” then a piece that was 3” wide, cut it down to 5.5 and used the 1/2” strip on the inside. (If you don’t want to do that just cut your DSP at 5.5 x 3) 4. Adhere the DSP to the front flap lining up the right side with the card back edge. 5. Front left decoration -Cut your extra white strip to 5.25 x1 emboss than adhere. Decorate front and inside as desired. I made the back inside layers 5 x 3.5, 4.75x3.25 then added the 1/2” DSP strip. (I saw this card fold on a Susan Campfield video)</p><p>I’d love to see your take on this card, you could get 8 cards from one DSP piece of paper with NO waste!! 😄. They would make a lovely little gift for a family member or friend! </p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-91066301735673648982024-02-05T11:22:00.001-05:002024-02-05T11:22:20.707-05:00 Retired Stamp Sets<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrOOWbCMfuVWwTTkq9t9R0vVSxBh13_aUEv6bM3OUQVQzaxFn0t1Mv7wKjPmq5ccf3NCJcDpFJcwJ-FZndGqk7XNtyFnr4P_HYYDKllsMXvf_692PXx7wloOOLiWVrERN3TAIGYzmavVwh_yqGpTN6dMcfue6sqzC4FEnPvu7bJzQpB62gdHduNtL8nkc/s3679/EBC7B93A-AFA4-4A3F-BE6B-868DF1A07ECB.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="3679" height="263" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrOOWbCMfuVWwTTkq9t9R0vVSxBh13_aUEv6bM3OUQVQzaxFn0t1Mv7wKjPmq5ccf3NCJcDpFJcwJ-FZndGqk7XNtyFnr4P_HYYDKllsMXvf_692PXx7wloOOLiWVrERN3TAIGYzmavVwh_yqGpTN6dMcfue6sqzC4FEnPvu7bJzQpB62gdHduNtL8nkc/s320/EBC7B93A-AFA4-4A3F-BE6B-868DF1A07ECB.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /> How often do you get out your old retired Stamp sets? Do you keep them or do you get rid of them when the Stampin Up catalog is over? I keep many of mine especially the ones that I really really like. That is the case with some of the sets that I used today. <p></p><p>I enjoy watercoloring with my stamps. I pulled out the Mountain Air and the Snow Front Stampin Up sets and decided to do some scenic cards. I used watercolor paper, lots of water, lots of different colors of ink, my aqua painters, lots of drying in between the layers and here they are. </p><p>Maybe it’s time to pull out one of your old Stamp sets that you loved. If there’s a stamp said that we really love and wanted to keep then that means we should be using it. Sometimes we get so caught up in what is new that we forget about the old. So my challenge is - pull it out and use it. 😊</p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-65403374507473360052024-01-31T08:08:00.000-05:002024-01-31T08:08:12.246-05:00Softly Sophisticated <p> This is my first play time with this lovely stamp set and embossing folder bundle from the SAB catalog. I thought it turned out quite lovely. I used a new to me Fun fold card design, I like how the DSP is displayed on the back section but the front 2 sections I used for stamping. Not sure you can see it real well in the picture but I embossed the thin piece of plastic from the stamp set. When I put my stamps in their case and then added the heavier piece of plastic onto the front of them I thought to myself hey couldn’t I emboss this little thin piece of plastic, so I did using the new embossing folder that came with the stamp set. 😊 I put it over the sentiment piece, taped onto the backside. It wanted to “bow out” quite badly andI didn’t want tape to be showing through. Anyone know if there is an adhesive that won’t show through clear plastic🤨). On the back of this piece I put dimensionals in the middle and some tape on the outside edge to adhere it. That made the plastic flatter to the stamping. I also embossed 2 panels to go behind the 2 thin sections of the card base to add some pretty texture. It doesn’t stand out since it’s white on white but adds just the right amount of “bang”… hmmm wonder what embossing the DSP would have looked like maybe I’ll try that next time.<br />Thanks for stopping by, happy stamping😊</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHPUdVgBmJ2GZX9k6uidXQpE3yIy9jpLR9Xcu9rgZudVPQ40I7dT4SOQIyECHIwOqToIavOWnj4HikejT3p6hKa1VybMbIqntJvFN_hTURxbiXVNLsMA_qMmZS9YyWpm6hyphenhyphenunqT6Bl-Sa9aLSrK4R1OjeD_6xrVRD_ubJ087UDpTc9pAoQCgsqtf1Bue0/s2702/F3399415-BD59-4054-91AA-58FF4232FE80.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2484" data-original-width="2702" height="294" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHPUdVgBmJ2GZX9k6uidXQpE3yIy9jpLR9Xcu9rgZudVPQ40I7dT4SOQIyECHIwOqToIavOWnj4HikejT3p6hKa1VybMbIqntJvFN_hTURxbiXVNLsMA_qMmZS9YyWpm6hyphenhyphenunqT6Bl-Sa9aLSrK4R1OjeD_6xrVRD_ubJ087UDpTc9pAoQCgsqtf1Bue0/s320/F3399415-BD59-4054-91AA-58FF4232FE80.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgbA_JG1t4JHrf_joT3UXybvMnVx3VZQgFpJJU16l7wZyY3ZfvlAJU8z4UH7RSO-zYC6HToNzbOh1J68lkaN0usmKCprriswgEFzy_54RqovyeUrXkQ4t8zWTvDChVsjm6E3M6zlpB6noucffLuoyBfRgLYYoYKc2Dd1lJZ7IPVPtC5Utl_dVlYkza_RH0/s4032/A959BEB3-DA34-4EF5-A63E-4FC55FBCA805.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgbA_JG1t4JHrf_joT3UXybvMnVx3VZQgFpJJU16l7wZyY3ZfvlAJU8z4UH7RSO-zYC6HToNzbOh1J68lkaN0usmKCprriswgEFzy_54RqovyeUrXkQ4t8zWTvDChVsjm6E3M6zlpB6noucffLuoyBfRgLYYoYKc2Dd1lJZ7IPVPtC5Utl_dVlYkza_RH0/s320/A959BEB3-DA34-4EF5-A63E-4FC55FBCA805.jpeg" width="240" /></a></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-28826582877406993902024-01-27T16:28:00.002-05:002024-01-27T16:28:35.150-05:00CASED cards<p> Pinterest is a wonderful place to go for ideas using stamp sets. I’ve been wanting to use the Notes of Nature Stampin Up set from the 2024 mini catalog. Found two cards to sorta “case” 😊. I don’t usually make a card exactly like I see it, probably because I don’t have all that I’d need to use so I just use what I have and do my own thing. </p><p> </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjMVMHUi1Pjzq_t3hqn9V3rJmIKKrl9WbdTpiltwavXIoctrp3Di2Db6tR-FY6UTjDZS8UrNjSka0Wzya-wpCa-4fW6bfObVaWuf3oWRbhQ0GVadVXuBnjYon7vMWXL-F8_TlAFEiswtgwZfw2U6t8B7jRk0NNDeX0lajJ20q1sUj80mE3-VmJI2Jy_lQ/s3289/95D5CAB6-5AC2-48F6-A617-A2472D7603A7.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3289" data-original-width="2763" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjMVMHUi1Pjzq_t3hqn9V3rJmIKKrl9WbdTpiltwavXIoctrp3Di2Db6tR-FY6UTjDZS8UrNjSka0Wzya-wpCa-4fW6bfObVaWuf3oWRbhQ0GVadVXuBnjYon7vMWXL-F8_TlAFEiswtgwZfw2U6t8B7jRk0NNDeX0lajJ20q1sUj80mE3-VmJI2Jy_lQ/s320/95D5CAB6-5AC2-48F6-A617-A2472D7603A7.jpeg" width="269" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-2rkaajXloXeg59bE4TCLngipdsBG7RAOqDJjb1YcaOSOJzUlkfaRlvm3PJGMoAnaR4qTJIABxiqtmQgD3ccof1JUz4GWQf1GPI6T5O8HJezS-n-MjNMzlHfyO1EurH_-iN-j7gSF-LdIjTIWGS3YxVrzKEdFvFhMMIq28TlC90ybgTgOb6EBTEtJPbM/s3389/87E4C1BB-ED37-4EFA-BB6D-C427E284568D.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3389" data-original-width="2649" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-2rkaajXloXeg59bE4TCLngipdsBG7RAOqDJjb1YcaOSOJzUlkfaRlvm3PJGMoAnaR4qTJIABxiqtmQgD3ccof1JUz4GWQf1GPI6T5O8HJezS-n-MjNMzlHfyO1EurH_-iN-j7gSF-LdIjTIWGS3YxVrzKEdFvFhMMIq28TlC90ybgTgOb6EBTEtJPbM/s320/87E4C1BB-ED37-4EFA-BB6D-C427E284568D.jpeg" width="250" /></a></div><br /><p></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-12025093298594920672024-01-24T10:26:00.002-05:002024-01-24T10:26:57.791-05:00Thinking about spring <p> My craft room doesn’t have a lot of heat in it, just whatever trickles in. So last night I wanted to do something and decided that it was easy to move my Art Impressions watercolor Stamps into a warmer room. I have them all on a wheeled cart and I can pull it where I want it. Thinking and ready for spring! Especially since it’s cold here in Ohio, I know I should be thankful for each season🥴. OK I’ll blame it on Bonnie - Creator of the Art Impression Stamps. She’s bringing out spring time Stamps!😁. </p><p> </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjSfCN5WsZncXAfYfE-Fixd9kXYQyfaGaIUlU5edVSLy0lwtP4RNNbjT0CJ1mHgPSAmkYBzHmzf5HFpuH0-Jh1VvmN5uFlOM3nw5H2owoyOOw5r58V7o7dFO6sg69IacVl-KBJ5OK6wmRJIEucpzKcFmvTZTOAd4etczRWOpnOrEYMDI2_kzGQMGgAZtc/s2920/F1A85B6D-D621-4A61-9AC3-622DEB292281.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2678" data-original-width="2920" height="293" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjSfCN5WsZncXAfYfE-Fixd9kXYQyfaGaIUlU5edVSLy0lwtP4RNNbjT0CJ1mHgPSAmkYBzHmzf5HFpuH0-Jh1VvmN5uFlOM3nw5H2owoyOOw5r58V7o7dFO6sg69IacVl-KBJ5OK6wmRJIEucpzKcFmvTZTOAd4etczRWOpnOrEYMDI2_kzGQMGgAZtc/s320/F1A85B6D-D621-4A61-9AC3-622DEB292281.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgcFtokdIFyGUts8EMHQv7yEztlXrxMdBPoZ1Rtboa22OkRULJJ7J2ZOmxoXBcEc5qulZHY_mWOW5hmh0akGUBh4aKPULKPWsvlK4nQpsRmu9ZKVdGY0b-NxV63IxkH2FRQMcRb2hHD2_vC692J7IW8yMqC37UtRFzObgWzXIRZ1ZfCUMKhFkiI7u4i198/s2616/3A02DCFD-1100-4A30-877A-C5F82751F4F4.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2289" data-original-width="2616" height="280" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgcFtokdIFyGUts8EMHQv7yEztlXrxMdBPoZ1Rtboa22OkRULJJ7J2ZOmxoXBcEc5qulZHY_mWOW5hmh0akGUBh4aKPULKPWsvlK4nQpsRmu9ZKVdGY0b-NxV63IxkH2FRQMcRb2hHD2_vC692J7IW8yMqC37UtRFzObgWzXIRZ1ZfCUMKhFkiI7u4i198/s320/3A02DCFD-1100-4A30-877A-C5F82751F4F4.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><p></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-47049996032445607602024-01-21T14:57:00.001-05:002024-01-21T14:57:21.378-05:00Enduring Beauy meets shimmer pasteThis is what I came up with do you like it?<p> My next card class we will be using the enduring beauty stencils. I have been doing a lot of looking on Pinterest and around to see what everyone has been doing with it. After I got everything ready for this card class I had a thought. No one had done anything with the shimmer paste and the stencils, at least I haven’t seen anything with it. So I went to work!😁. This is what I came up with do you like it? (If I didn’t already have everything cut and ready to go I might have changed and had everyone do this one. Well I can show it to them and they can re-create.) 😁</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnj_zI4hpBLtgqXC9LzAyRRGhrZGbjzZgBHgl3JEQHPyfYcsCDg4hhXrmN3SLeRSpJH85ucibPlv8btTsmoYcgI6tPWG6ClzZ-_cn_Z1n96WpbGAozjik3LdXX5-DrCD_HVzh7oxw02cJtglns6xHBm7MU0FEqUdIHnYHaVA0PNOBxCdqHFaP-UJ2s8Kk/s4032/2D39C59E-EBB0-40A8-94D5-5A4612760751.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnj_zI4hpBLtgqXC9LzAyRRGhrZGbjzZgBHgl3JEQHPyfYcsCDg4hhXrmN3SLeRSpJH85ucibPlv8btTsmoYcgI6tPWG6ClzZ-_cn_Z1n96WpbGAozjik3LdXX5-DrCD_HVzh7oxw02cJtglns6xHBm7MU0FEqUdIHnYHaVA0PNOBxCdqHFaP-UJ2s8Kk/s320/2D39C59E-EBB0-40A8-94D5-5A4612760751.jpeg" width="240" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">As with any card with shimmer paste on it it’s hard to see. But there is quite a bit of texture on this card. I added petal pink Re-inker to the paste. Added it to the first layer of the stencil and then because I didn’t want to have to wait I used the heat gun to dry it. Added more color to the paste that was left. I put the second layer of the flower on and added that paste. It didn’t show up very well I’m not sure if it was because my color wasn’t dark enough(I wanted a subtle look not bold) but I didn’t like it so I decided that I would just go ahead and spread it around with layer one again and try stamping on it after it was dry. Of course I did dry it and then stamped with bubble bath not sure you can see it real well but it is there and it’s very soft and pretty, wanting a soft center I used Smoky Slate. The leaves are with two tones of green. I think I used Lemon Lime Twist and Granny Apple Green. I put my flower panel on Smokey Slate and then popped it up on a 4x5.25 piece of Bubble Bath which I dry embossed with the new Softly Sophisticated 3-D embossing folder from the SAB catalog. The card base is a top folding 4.25x11 piece of basic white.</div><p></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-75127852712096622492024-01-11T15:47:00.001-05:002024-01-11T15:47:23.923-05:00First 2024 <p>Happy New Year , a little late😊. Well this is the first card I got done this year. We’ve had sickness in our home so I haven’t really felt like Stamping much, Since about the fifth. Hopefully I can finish up some of the others that I started and actually turn them into cards. This was just something that I thought was fun. Tried out a new for I received and I’m always in need a children cards. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEignY0ob9V6aJb2KZFf6-e6pw1nFKQjqFJNAP-VwghTNzNb2IZP6F99-TlCahc3TT_ot6WQ9rSjFYWHQ27Yh59Jl4cVAaQDhKRlS-czsHrkUlQ4oBsmSjdOjeIDNgIz6PYPGKX5_2GJ7CtXqa8-losGQ3ZhMFZ6WPJAbQZN2KdAnauQZ_NOMOT7bG_OtJ8/s4032/B532E727-11D4-4261-BD8B-93BCB474EC18.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEignY0ob9V6aJb2KZFf6-e6pw1nFKQjqFJNAP-VwghTNzNb2IZP6F99-TlCahc3TT_ot6WQ9rSjFYWHQ27Yh59Jl4cVAaQDhKRlS-czsHrkUlQ4oBsmSjdOjeIDNgIz6PYPGKX5_2GJ7CtXqa8-losGQ3ZhMFZ6WPJAbQZN2KdAnauQZ_NOMOT7bG_OtJ8/s320/B532E727-11D4-4261-BD8B-93BCB474EC18.jpeg" width="240" /></a></div>The new Stampin’ Up Mini catalog and SAB catalogs are now up and available to order out of. So many beautiful cards made with the stamps, dies and this catalog has a floral stamp set with a set of layering stencils to add color easily, then use the die to cut it out. I haven’t received mine yet, anxiously awaiting. If you need anything and I can help you out, send me a message below. Have a great day!<p></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-33505997968300161402023-10-28T00:30:00.041-04:002023-10-28T00:30:00.144-04:00Cased the idea 😊<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="text-align: left;"> Do you know about Pinterest? Ha ha ha, I would pretty much assume that y’all do! You know the good thing about these sites is that you see an idea and you can “case” it. Copy and share everything. Usually when I find something like that I will also edit it make it my own, change it around. So I saw a way to use 6 x 6 pieces of DSP with no waste. I really thought it was rather cute and wanted to make some up to show my ladies. I made one with just one piece of DSP showcasing both sides of it. Then I took three pieces of 6 x 6 cut them all the same and made these three cards. I haven’t put anything on the flap yet because I thought they looked like really great colorful cards for children and I don’t know if I’ll send them to a boy or a girl. If you have a lot of extra designer series paper this is a good one, and it makes a mini slimline card which is Unique and cute.</span></div><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiY7M_5CJh5D1mrc8SK_aU2AmHO28AZhV7gMm3eyjIwMSde-J951vx5u6hGuQUmMOtexw1RMU49XWXYmDCihm_hu09eeL_bIOTfNG793rbHH2-thnk20MDBCbiHaGG4SBR5vo6c8hgdKqkryMOIQH3tauf95q5_8zWoEwYuLNUPYLXbfJFnNVBsZL6FPFk/s1600/8631B710-9674-406D-AEC6-B87AF9270AB2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiY7M_5CJh5D1mrc8SK_aU2AmHO28AZhV7gMm3eyjIwMSde-J951vx5u6hGuQUmMOtexw1RMU49XWXYmDCihm_hu09eeL_bIOTfNG793rbHH2-thnk20MDBCbiHaGG4SBR5vo6c8hgdKqkryMOIQH3tauf95q5_8zWoEwYuLNUPYLXbfJFnNVBsZL6FPFk/s320/8631B710-9674-406D-AEC6-B87AF9270AB2.jpeg" width="240" /></a></div>I noticed on my sticky note I didn’t tell everybody where to use the last piece of DSP, I’m assuming you can figure it out but in case you’re wondering the last piece goes under the flap on the front. It doesn’t fit with an even border on all 4 sides so I centered it on the left side. The flap is stuck down with dimensionals and covers the uneven border. (if that bothers you.)<br /><p><br /></p><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgs6ekpjrcOxjfareX99Y4Y8RolFPgY-YOy1_pr-xFbvjhXejm-u84Rzn8NbJ_lCQXjCs50VbwhG5s50VL5GH1bxMD7s5HoYSo9dYp47yq6DT5JDgAxPtU5FpFHJ87_kydF2sbiK0ZZVE7cco_nDCWnTQwwa1Yrk3mlH35DMOaPKx22w2ITtMvRx5QF0-c/s4032/C47FA74B-FA10-48CB-AAA9-13D46D100D04.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="4032" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgs6ekpjrcOxjfareX99Y4Y8RolFPgY-YOy1_pr-xFbvjhXejm-u84Rzn8NbJ_lCQXjCs50VbwhG5s50VL5GH1bxMD7s5HoYSo9dYp47yq6DT5JDgAxPtU5FpFHJ87_kydF2sbiK0ZZVE7cco_nDCWnTQwwa1Yrk3mlH35DMOaPKx22w2ITtMvRx5QF0-c/s320/C47FA74B-FA10-48CB-AAA9-13D46D100D04.jpeg" width="320" /></a></p><p><br /></p><p>Today is the birthday day! My mother-in-law is 100 years old. Have any of you known anyone who has lived that long? We’re having a mini celebration, some of her nieces and nephews wanted to come. I guess mini is not necessarily the right word. The immediate family, her children grandchildren and great grandchildren 50 to 60 will be there. Then with her nieces and nephews coming we may have around a total of 80 or more people, Guess that’s not quite so mini😁.</p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-39255145473796972512023-10-26T00:30:00.001-04:002023-10-26T00:30:00.144-04:00Stencil time<p> I needed a card to send to a friend whose husband is a farmer. I wanted to send an encouragement card since I somewhat know what it feels like during harvest time to be the wife of a farmer. Her husband does many many acres, my husband works a full-time job and then does the farming on the side and in the evenings. It’s many long days and late nights. I pulled out my Altenew Bitterroot Flower layering stencil. </p><p>The colors are from Stampin Up, mostly old colors that I pulled together to make this lovely peachy-orangish colored card with flowers and for the leaves I used the soft succulent an evening evergreen that retired last year. But I can’t quit using them because I love them so much. </p><p>I sort of cased a card that was on Pinterest. That card used a stamp stencil from Pinkfresh and had some of their inks in the peachy colors. I just thought it was beautiful and wanted to try my hand at it. I’ve never made a card with strips of card stock like this before but I think it turned out rather lovely. Thank you for stopping by and looking if you want to leave a comment I sure would love to hear what you think.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNR05d1vKpECkRbcminEXVOpRIfQRNtcQ5NajQXDArKiPN24KC02LkodzGlaqw_GN46nuonmS-lpui7BiVh8KdFb23VgreCBOeGxeIiv5p9lysFsad54gAbu2edQrUh2qyKjpVZwUCW2s3M0PSodVGdp86F1AW8mHDAQZwpk4jV4_szhUJB0qmt_cS4hQ/s4032/2207FD7B-D30A-4216-B0AD-B014179804F2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNR05d1vKpECkRbcminEXVOpRIfQRNtcQ5NajQXDArKiPN24KC02LkodzGlaqw_GN46nuonmS-lpui7BiVh8KdFb23VgreCBOeGxeIiv5p9lysFsad54gAbu2edQrUh2qyKjpVZwUCW2s3M0PSodVGdp86F1AW8mHDAQZwpk4jV4_szhUJB0qmt_cS4hQ/w300-h400/2207FD7B-D30A-4216-B0AD-B014179804F2.jpeg" width="300" /></a></div><br /><p><br /></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-31273100217997150202023-10-23T16:35:00.000-04:002023-10-23T16:35:15.530-04:00It’s Fall time<p>We had a blessed day Sunday! That’s what I did with this sunflower masks set from Stampin Up. I randomly stenciled them and then used that piece to make these 4 card. I stenciled then fussy cut some of the sunflowers to put on top. It really isn’t hard, there is a small grove at the top of each stencil to make lining it up easy, they are numbered but it really isn’t necessary to do them in order just makes the placement easy. <p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqDkD573Rb1MeGyb-WXNpjtZiZZn8tNQJHMkdt5BJusfiQrTMWDBBeML-xObtZunhN5eeOXcjSoVABMExacRXSVg85OLXxwQEqrQUAe215wL0jGWJpxOLaCCjmIISco0fNQuuKwV9XpBeRfxyWHcDck0YdoEqRvY3Ox_aQpzGzZFpZqAAmXHtlH09oAKQ/s3198/188FC67B-761B-4367-9E38-60AA2A85AB36.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3198" data-original-width="2888" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqDkD573Rb1MeGyb-WXNpjtZiZZn8tNQJHMkdt5BJusfiQrTMWDBBeML-xObtZunhN5eeOXcjSoVABMExacRXSVg85OLXxwQEqrQUAe215wL0jGWJpxOLaCCjmIISco0fNQuuKwV9XpBeRfxyWHcDck0YdoEqRvY3Ox_aQpzGzZFpZqAAmXHtlH09oAKQ/s320/188FC67B-761B-4367-9E38-60AA2A85AB36.jpeg" width="289" /></a></div><br /><p>Here are 2 more, these I stenciled onto a quarter piece of card stock, cut it down then embossed and turned into a card. I enjoyed using them and need to pull them out more! This style of stamping is unique with adding skies and foregrounds. Here’s a picture of the card I made<p>Hello everyone who is out there and looking at this post thank you for stopping by. I decided to make a new fun fold card today and I do not know what the name of it is, But it has a pop out piece on it that you can adhere another panel too. Here’s a picture of the card I made</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7csUFGdor4Kbstyus2tsUQxvmgXY3lrvZVN_raXfoewXDwRCIj-Xyz6ETG4CzPPG-ZkEIeUyKlmcKMZ3mxvCsA8742L1y7DTCGFhVqocGJFFG1URDPzC8w1F3hJ0TUtaZseU99jfjsDCgKxvg_38TtgiqDKlZk_JqFSfRXsr57mwAHCRGJn4Dw3ZujE4/s3024/54831676-DF4F-453B-A2C4-EEF70D22FDF8.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2413" data-original-width="3024" height="255" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7csUFGdor4Kbstyus2tsUQxvmgXY3lrvZVN_raXfoewXDwRCIj-Xyz6ETG4CzPPG-ZkEIeUyKlmcKMZ3mxvCsA8742L1y7DTCGFhVqocGJFFG1URDPzC8w1F3hJ0TUtaZseU99jfjsDCgKxvg_38TtgiqDKlZk_JqFSfRXsr57mwAHCRGJn4Dw3ZujE4/s320/54831676-DF4F-453B-A2C4-EEF70D22FDF8.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div>It is an easy card to make. The basic card is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 2 1/8 and 4 1/4, Fold the card with a mountain and a valley fold. The 2 1/8 Score line is folded back to make it look like a mountain. The valley fold is in the center of the card , 4 1/4 score line. You will need to add another piece to make the middle panel pop out base. This is a small piece that is cut three by about 2 1/4 and it is scored at 3/4, 1 1/2, 2 1/4. Crease these score lines to make them nice and crisp. This piece gets adhered to the score line in the middle of the card, fold the two ends in and adhere them on either side of the fold making sure that the card will fold flat. I like using “green glue“ ( mono liquid glue) for this step. It is a bit more forgiving if the piece needs to be moved a little bit when you are closing the card so that it closes nice and flat. This is where you will add the middle layer. <p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvxcbeTsPW-bsfX2EG8Rlx7piZ_mGHjWlQSwAff1pHfcT_0x11BJ-E7tYzr1n-i40yZ2SC53I_N7zVxuUHmNCM0Xwo5spdQBqNztv1frYD4M9O0Nv8pFP7Ghl12NuTkF8O0H1w6eOC63518tRkIxLZdRYejVR3ZQl4yA-3UPfNn5s8eeu7-vnnHVOfKSs/s4032/image.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvxcbeTsPW-bsfX2EG8Rlx7piZ_mGHjWlQSwAff1pHfcT_0x11BJ-E7tYzr1n-i40yZ2SC53I_N7zVxuUHmNCM0Xwo5spdQBqNztv1frYD4M9O0Nv8pFP7Ghl12NuTkF8O0H1w6eOC63518tRkIxLZdRYejVR3ZQl4yA-3UPfNn5s8eeu7-vnnHVOfKSs/s320/image.jpg" width="240" /></a></div><br /><p><br /></p><p>Now that’s really the two basic pieces that you might need to know the measurements for. The reason I’m saying that is because that middle panel could be any size you want it to be added to the “box” and then a focal point would be added if you desire onto the front folded back piece any shape or size you want it. I added a white panel on the middle piece for my sentiment. If you want to decorate it just add a white panel to the back of the card for your sentiment and signing. That’s about it for this card if you have any questions you could contact me by leaving it in the comments below. </p><p>Have a good day and happy Stamping…. Once again….. Thanks for stopping by😁. </p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-36647275004336668192023-08-30T11:32:00.000-04:002023-08-30T11:32:31.264-04:00CASED card<p> Melodie from Paper Celebrations — that’s who I CASE’d (copy and share everything) this card from! I fell in love with the colors and the stamping tone on tone behind the stamped and raised flowers. It adds such a nice look and is so easy to do… you’re already using that stamp set why not take your card to that next level, gives it depth and just looks great!! I must’ve meant to put these together into a card at one time and forgot. You probably don’t ever do that do you?😊 So I decided to put them together today and then found a couple other cards that I had made with this stamp set. Here they are hope you enjoy them.<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhlLgKkIOoEgDz3LXwwqqGgAbbn00b3KxNkc9VV73EBsuE7EzTSHt95lCOXIoTqU8C3vMqKc48mTPeDh2hrntNVMtDB31craMfouKFCdZTCd7FdD0bb2LGVmewk8iEoe9pDu3p5jy20SYupMiL9bzhzkwFLpqzSi13ih9VpfosBiiNHpafKh0Q3475UJ0o/s3806/1A63EAA4-CC5B-44EC-96E3-D8BBAAD03499.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3806" data-original-width="2939" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhlLgKkIOoEgDz3LXwwqqGgAbbn00b3KxNkc9VV73EBsuE7EzTSHt95lCOXIoTqU8C3vMqKc48mTPeDh2hrntNVMtDB31craMfouKFCdZTCd7FdD0bb2LGVmewk8iEoe9pDu3p5jy20SYupMiL9bzhzkwFLpqzSi13ih9VpfosBiiNHpafKh0Q3475UJ0o/s320/1A63EAA4-CC5B-44EC-96E3-D8BBAAD03499.jpeg" width="247" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhR6WpXTg-wcIh7fp4xMVojnn0dxE29k0RxmlufAPhTQYYYGvZfYUZk_PFnIg7nw5G90sN1eTEUIuxNaMl8tw-ZUb5KOGRVsm52Z8HfmLd4gLpo0MwHulLRzNdb07oiPgGp_q4dOr-jEFN5OX3QT196-SuFO6DE_62qO1G_BTVSpk-tt2CIQUqQu8QIAzk/s3603/49C2DB93-AEE5-4B36-ACCD-AF885FF81970.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3603" data-original-width="2882" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhR6WpXTg-wcIh7fp4xMVojnn0dxE29k0RxmlufAPhTQYYYGvZfYUZk_PFnIg7nw5G90sN1eTEUIuxNaMl8tw-ZUb5KOGRVsm52Z8HfmLd4gLpo0MwHulLRzNdb07oiPgGp_q4dOr-jEFN5OX3QT196-SuFO6DE_62qO1G_BTVSpk-tt2CIQUqQu8QIAzk/s320/49C2DB93-AEE5-4B36-ACCD-AF885FF81970.jpeg" width="256" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJ6tC92kMHy5BRAl9PY1lpox_OThkvbZDZAI3M6NsdHvLPGSClHNTwEVDetByWMDQ46x_bCPK8ufglMDsbJsb7uIUOalOOjp68OQL-STaoVRYE8VO64aJBWppoeiVBPBxEgLLPZBAlhHXfYQ4p8Fr1LZenZGpZd5H7qhn1TABiPPNTj8Ndk1LvAjuWW0Y/s3399/3910719D-B256-4AD2-BA52-2CFE318CD704.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3399" data-original-width="2685" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJ6tC92kMHy5BRAl9PY1lpox_OThkvbZDZAI3M6NsdHvLPGSClHNTwEVDetByWMDQ46x_bCPK8ufglMDsbJsb7uIUOalOOjp68OQL-STaoVRYE8VO64aJBWppoeiVBPBxEgLLPZBAlhHXfYQ4p8Fr1LZenZGpZd5H7qhn1TABiPPNTj8Ndk1LvAjuWW0Y/s320/3910719D-B256-4AD2-BA52-2CFE318CD704.jpeg" width="253" /></a></div>I saw this one below on Pinterest, loved the colors so I CASE’d it😁<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjk03zO5WFk4DXJxR9uc4ZgX-sJcdn4vHaPRFiKxaIgheh0nVygiBs7j5RJZ_Wk3MMFCrXB_LWfJwCeyn5oXRFcNSEGgICR62aYGN4Hor9ZMGhspm5v3Sh0qAolPHqsichYumedlQ6SPbKPOsxOR6C-ARQHo2QOmJHdRt-lv5gN0hGDgBBTPPd6g9NSClo/s3878/FD579587-BA0C-4FC1-A28F-475F58A419E8.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3878" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjk03zO5WFk4DXJxR9uc4ZgX-sJcdn4vHaPRFiKxaIgheh0nVygiBs7j5RJZ_Wk3MMFCrXB_LWfJwCeyn5oXRFcNSEGgICR62aYGN4Hor9ZMGhspm5v3Sh0qAolPHqsichYumedlQ6SPbKPOsxOR6C-ARQHo2QOmJHdRt-lv5gN0hGDgBBTPPd6g9NSClo/s320/FD579587-BA0C-4FC1-A28F-475F58A419E8.jpeg" width="250" /></a></div><br /><div><br /></div>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-80113770169929104322023-08-21T10:36:00.000-04:002023-08-21T10:36:35.359-04:00Altenew -Statement Flowers<p> This Stamp from Altenew is a big one. I loved these flowers and decided to get it a while back. I’ve used it for some other cards but I decided I wanted to try something different this time. I stamped the floral image multiple times on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of card stock. Then I water colored the flowers and leaves Cut it in quarters and now I’m assembling the pieces in two cards I have two of them done working on the other two. I left enough space so that I could add a sentiment when I decide who I’m going to send these cards to. </p><p>I found a Stamping in the center and then in certain places around the edge is a good way to do this. There are many other people that show this style also. It makes for a nice set of cards if you want to give a gift. The cards are all the same color but they all look different. Makes assembling the cards quicker because you can use all the same colors on them if you desire.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEixkHN4QPhFdYCDS8HFM-ChMQxuqmivmeUnglQGsHmcHWuUzZ80xUrh8jN1j4yjZN-aaE40n11mc9Qwd2XZxeNGnRgnGEgEmFI1Vn5zE8gdJIfMUdSOK5qR0KpP_3jeiqQI4JK9Xy2bOkQZoO4PPm1qVbzIElTd03CesNIoO5l0XQ2j9ts4lgsi8RP8iXM/s3653/C5029332-7993-4D13-BC7D-778A78016359.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3653" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEixkHN4QPhFdYCDS8HFM-ChMQxuqmivmeUnglQGsHmcHWuUzZ80xUrh8jN1j4yjZN-aaE40n11mc9Qwd2XZxeNGnRgnGEgEmFI1Vn5zE8gdJIfMUdSOK5qR0KpP_3jeiqQI4JK9Xy2bOkQZoO4PPm1qVbzIElTd03CesNIoO5l0XQ2j9ts4lgsi8RP8iXM/s320/C5029332-7993-4D13-BC7D-778A78016359.jpeg" width="265" /></a></div><br /><p>Here’s the 3 that are done 😊 I’m still trying to decide if the last one needs anything else, any suggestions?</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWLo98aeo8v3QlEAeHbeYodF86lwntdfAm1DvBUjQxzALHEhBLUmWr7IharDnFRL9nLZBAWc-CJMlUEnglpRYCbJua8sHqEn7iStmUegsStkuT2VXsWCiTUR1L4vWIasBiB_a9HbYllzgFrf1wUiTNauB4cCqbPhESPE-owy4FETRskJsmJTkc1dfKFPU/s3481/3A157C4A-3961-40E1-B216-CAE0AFB3990D.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3481" data-original-width="2936" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWLo98aeo8v3QlEAeHbeYodF86lwntdfAm1DvBUjQxzALHEhBLUmWr7IharDnFRL9nLZBAWc-CJMlUEnglpRYCbJua8sHqEn7iStmUegsStkuT2VXsWCiTUR1L4vWIasBiB_a9HbYllzgFrf1wUiTNauB4cCqbPhESPE-owy4FETRskJsmJTkc1dfKFPU/s320/3A157C4A-3961-40E1-B216-CAE0AFB3990D.jpeg" width="270" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHju4aPu0rQFUW1M09abrnQXXcoaw23741FHvm4YVGpDCqpNk3hOSMhStRj_jWvTpcpOwK7YVAkqz6Hj50249Sk9Fa68wpH5UPCCcyEiIIry_yhVYJPQHTUXQLPqAGNDSookTgjC_rUqYaCfZ7RvcIQubw7BX8KZXSWUcJ5lPrsEB5a5zrWGNFJ6DK2YI/s3024/CA0270DB-95B6-4833-9116-17F874859F5F.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2491" data-original-width="3024" height="264" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHju4aPu0rQFUW1M09abrnQXXcoaw23741FHvm4YVGpDCqpNk3hOSMhStRj_jWvTpcpOwK7YVAkqz6Hj50249Sk9Fa68wpH5UPCCcyEiIIry_yhVYJPQHTUXQLPqAGNDSookTgjC_rUqYaCfZ7RvcIQubw7BX8KZXSWUcJ5lPrsEB5a5zrWGNFJ6DK2YI/s320/CA0270DB-95B6-4833-9116-17F874859F5F.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><p><br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidECCu3K5PeBi6IqfTYSP3kUWIRXavfGcPoI8Ui_hsQTICCWbprbJb3W5r0JP1MkxeppcrVHEcMuo36Eut51f50tZySFZB-pteecHP1ujyPbx-43epK5j_AzVsPsTxJgg-Rm7YJlYdzrulnHbYyv7saS5g_e4fB27qU0I6F0UN7pQG3eGTEu53bbSMFks/s3859/61390E45-F2D4-4CCD-8FA0-6FA9DAACFBB6.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3859" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidECCu3K5PeBi6IqfTYSP3kUWIRXavfGcPoI8Ui_hsQTICCWbprbJb3W5r0JP1MkxeppcrVHEcMuo36Eut51f50tZySFZB-pteecHP1ujyPbx-43epK5j_AzVsPsTxJgg-Rm7YJlYdzrulnHbYyv7saS5g_e4fB27qU0I6F0UN7pQG3eGTEu53bbSMFks/s320/61390E45-F2D4-4CCD-8FA0-6FA9DAACFBB6.jpeg" width="251" /></a></div><p><br /></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-89113297687723018882023-08-18T21:11:00.006-04:002023-08-18T21:11:35.962-04:00Watercolor backgrounds<p> I decided I wanted to try some watercolor backgrounds with this lighthouse Stamp. It is a Divinity Design image, they used to be known as Our Daily Bread stamp company. I googled lighthouses/sunsets and took some pictures off of the web as inspiration. She came out with a new release in believe in June 2023. But I did it this time! And I love it!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This is the textured floral stamp bundle from Stampin Up it is so very pretty! I used designer series paper it’s called countryside Inn. This is another fun fold card that I saw on a YouTube channel that I decided to give a try. It’s really quite pretty it has a belly band to hold it closed. The left side folds in then the smaller right side folds over the top of it. It’s a little bit thicker because of all I added on the pages and the front. I haven’t checked to see if it’ll go through the mail yet.</div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEil2L_albi7pu9bS1dgMsM8GQBDy42ajPV8UMTp0TfEmVGNzXPIM5JCJ53zY_B8pAlPfcin17DQrruK6Auq4vTmgY0g_YJ1xJigjqWhA1FrHxbOFSxqJ8gHW732cIILNlHKZAIzRoje-OXjM0T4FRZZTHv8zEshGBbhmC64kq8_sYsxZtd59mTkLPc70Eg/s4032/D59B57CC-B8B4-4CD3-A841-3A857D88E615.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEil2L_albi7pu9bS1dgMsM8GQBDy42ajPV8UMTp0TfEmVGNzXPIM5JCJ53zY_B8pAlPfcin17DQrruK6Auq4vTmgY0g_YJ1xJigjqWhA1FrHxbOFSxqJ8gHW732cIILNlHKZAIzRoje-OXjM0T4FRZZTHv8zEshGBbhmC64kq8_sYsxZtd59mTkLPc70Eg/s320/D59B57CC-B8B4-4CD3-A841-3A857D88E615.jpeg" width="240" /></a></div><br /> <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_7ZP4kHgetlUkKZIdshwM2jm7KCSFIVFOePoU7vPhmgzDg6FAcRQvVjPPCKxUZp47Bil-kXoqW-WiJA8GEjYF5b0M9nOsTcKmu1BeyQF9IJvqEEiYWa-a9G7RhP3Es4VdB2JO7M3Bn8k1sfFP-P85nroURwA66OhU4CwOz-ghsRWESep1B-FY6IMPJVk/s4032/AE3F45F0-097D-467D-8F1F-89ECC7DF5C03.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="4032" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_7ZP4kHgetlUkKZIdshwM2jm7KCSFIVFOePoU7vPhmgzDg6FAcRQvVjPPCKxUZp47Bil-kXoqW-WiJA8GEjYF5b0M9nOsTcKmu1BeyQF9IJvqEEiYWa-a9G7RhP3Es4VdB2JO7M3Bn8k1sfFP-P85nroURwA66OhU4CwOz-ghsRWESep1B-FY6IMPJVk/s320/AE3F45F0-097D-467D-8F1F-89ECC7DF5C03.jpeg" width="320" /></a><p></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5111145806536425804.post-76854821093846041412023-08-04T15:38:00.001-04:002023-08-04T15:38:39.003-04:00Countryside Corners<p> Well I haven’t added a card in a long time… decided to play with the Countryside Corners stamp and dies New to the 2023-2024 Stampin Up Catalog. The flowers and sentiments are also from S.Up—-Sending Smiles bundle. </p><p> I saw the card like this on Pinterest I’m sorry I don’t remember who put it on and decided to give it a try it really wasn’t that hard partial diet cutting and scissors to cut out the base of the card then added all the elements on top of layers. It easily fits in an envelope. </p><p>thanks for stopping bye.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaqnikW7RnlbBqaU5fZ3qwwKbt9NiuEjTG9EyA7EhilwfUNuY7EtiJf1BINroxLkI9tO82v9AAgjY9Nv5_F4ay9f1JgJDekf8yhi096Wy6x3kXzFLNO-J-JKS20ZmZbUrVKO0MqVHn1zuSV7HTTz08Gwor0JXx2JjXS7vzArryaMADj6Sz2H2J6AgKyZ0/s3297/387BB7E2-816F-4218-8180-629DD32A78B0.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2487" data-original-width="3297" height="241" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaqnikW7RnlbBqaU5fZ3qwwKbt9NiuEjTG9EyA7EhilwfUNuY7EtiJf1BINroxLkI9tO82v9AAgjY9Nv5_F4ay9f1JgJDekf8yhi096Wy6x3kXzFLNO-J-JKS20ZmZbUrVKO0MqVHn1zuSV7HTTz08Gwor0JXx2JjXS7vzArryaMADj6Sz2H2J6AgKyZ0/s320/387BB7E2-816F-4218-8180-629DD32A78B0.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><p></p>stampingvickisvisionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00545395411228334979noreply@blogger.com0
